RayGun Technology is the developer of a proprietary, Atomic-Forging process that literally bombards metal components with exotic metal ions to create unprecedented levels of hardness, wear-resistance and corrosion resistance. Using this proprietary process, we can manufacture brake rotorsÑand, in the future, many other vital metal componentsÑthat will perform better and last far longer than any other product on the market. RayGun Technology's innovations don't stop with performance. Not only are our brake rotors stronger and more durable, we can use Atomic-Forging to permanently color-coordinate your brake rotors to suit your unique personalityÑso that you, and your machine, look spectacular every mile of the way. RayGun Technology is revolutionizing how essential metal components look, wear and perform. Why would you trust your machine to anything less? Our Team of surface-engineering scientists, manufacturing/development engineers and motorsports experts came together to create RayGun Technology. Highly successful and widely accomplished in their fields, they dedicated themselves to the design, development and testing needed to successfully bring these unique products to market. Nathan K. Meckel, President, CTO Mr. Meckel is the inventor and surface-engineering scientist behind RayGun Technology's revolutionary technology and proprietary processes. He holds multiple patents in the area of surface engineering and other related fields, and is an acknowledged expert in metallurgy, physical vapor deposition and related Atomic-Forging applications. Thomas J. Gillcrist, Vice President, COO & CFO Mr. Gillcrist has served as the General Manager, CFO and COO of a number of innovative and successful companies. He specializes in masterminding the business operations of technically-oriented corporations, with a special emphasis on high-tech design, development and manufacturing. Mike Vaughan, Sales Director Mr. Vaughan has a long history in the motorcycle business beginning with Kawasaki in the Ô70s, where he held various marketing positions over 16 years, eventually ending up as Director of Marketing. Always involved in product planning and marketing, he directed the launch of the original Ninja and Vulcan product lines. Mr. Vaughan also spent five years as CEO of Triumph Motorcycle U.S.A. and was most recently Publisher of the motorcycle industry's largest trade publication, Dealernews. Scott Goodwin, Marketing Director During his career, Mr. Goodwin has been a key member of the marketing department at American Honda, served on the account team at Honda's advertising agency and led the agency team responsible for the national advertising programs of Suzuki motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles. He also worked at Petersen Publishing as Group Publisher for Motorcyclist, Motorcycle Cruiser, Sport Rider and Dirt Rider magazines. He currently runs G-Force Strategic Marketing, an award-winning advertising agency specializing in the motorsports industry. Our Mission: The world runs on metal componentsÑcomponents that constantly wear, deteriorate in performance and appearance, and ultimately fail. The cost to replace these components, in every machine, vehicle, airplane and ship operating today, is truly astronomical. RayGun Technology is dedicated to fixing that. By using our proprietary Atomic-Forging process, RayGun Technology can precisely engineer the surface of almost any metal component to last longer, run harder and perform better. In the Company's initial product line, RayGun Technology has developed revolutionary brake rotors for popular cruiser, sport and sport touring motorcycles. Our brake rotors are superior in appearance, color selection, longevity, and braking performance to anything else available. In the future, RayGun Technology is poised to expand its product line into automotive and truck brake rotors, and countless other high-wear, high-stress applications in the motor vehicle industry. Wear is the problem. RayGun Technology is the solution. RayGun Technology's Atomic-Forging nano-surface engineering process blasts metallic ions of exotic metals at over 3,500 miles per hour into a white-hot plasma, combines them with carefully selected reactive gases and then drives these newly formed ceramic-like molecules directly into the molecular structure of the base material. Bonded for life. The new surface material is inextricably bonded with the metal component, allowing us to increase surface hardness, frictional performance, resistance to wear and corrosion, and even lubricity, depending on the requirements of the particular application. The result is not a coating, or a plated or anodized surface, which are subject to wear, corrosion and deterioration. RayGun Technology's Atomic-Forging process creates an all-new, virtually indestructible nano-surface compound. Not just better looking. Better, period. By varying the recipe of exotic metals and the parameters of our Atomic-Forging process, we can precisely control the color and finish pattern of appearance-critical metal components like motorcycle brake rotorsÑcomponents that will look spectacular for the life of the motorcycle. Lighter. Faster. Better. RayGun Technology also allows many metal componentsÑsuch as brake rotors and other metal componentsÑto be built lighter. Many crucial components in high-stress applications are built with excess metal, to account for inevitable wear. With the tougher, virtually indestructible surfaces possible with our Atomic-Forging process, mass can be reduced without compromising reliability or performance while at the same time increasing or improving longevity. By carefully engineering the combination of metals and reactive gases used in the Atomic-Forging process, we can manufacture brake rotors with enhanced frictional properties and extreme wear resistance, in a variety of unique colors and finishes. And because the tough, corrosion-resistant Atomic-Forged surface is not a coating, plating or anodized finish, the distinctive color and like-new appearance will literally last longer than the rest of your machine. RayGun Rotors for Streetbikes. Our initial products are available to fit a wide variety of BMW and Harley-Davidson models. With the incredible popularity of Harley-Davidson V-Twins over the last 20 years, RayGun Technology is proud to offer a full selection of custom front and rear brake rotors for nearly all, modern Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Our unique color choices are perfect for adding a custom look to any machine. BMW riders have the well-deserved reputation for covering long distances in all types of conditions on all types of roads. Our ultra-durable rotors will provide great looks and long-lasting performance. Additional product lines will soon follow for a variety of other machines from many different manufacturers. ÒGoldÓ that stays Gold. ÒChromeÓ that stays Chrome. RayGun rotors are initially offered in three eye-catching finishes: glowing RG-Gold, RG-Light Gold and highly polished RG-Chrome. Guaranteed for the Life of Your Machine. Unlike other brake rotor surface finishes or coloring methods, RayGun rotors will retain their original precisely-machined finish for hundreds of thousands of miles, delivering enhanced braking performance, corrosion resistance and unmatched wear characteristics. Show-stopping Looks, Performance, and Durability. Your brake rotors are among the most visible, attention-getting components of your motorcycle. You've custom-tailored nearly every part of your machine to suit your own distinctive, personal style. Isn't it time you gave your machine the high-style, high-performance braking system it deserves?
